Sentencing Concepts, Inc. (SCI) was established in 1994 to provide full service alternative sentencing programs to criminal justice agencies throughout the United States.

Although our services include a wide array of programs and products, it is our offender paid electronic monitoring and case management services that have paved the way for SCI's success in the industry.Since our inception, we have operated almost entirely on an offender paid basis and have extended this concept to most of the programs offered by SCI.
